WINE DINNER…

In collaboration with Dandelion Vineyards, The Kent Hotel invites you to experience some beautiful wines from South Australia. Hosted by Chief winemaker Elena Brooks, the wines will be paired with a stunning 5-course degustation menu by Executive Chef Pierre Khodja featuring some of his classics.

Wednesday 6th March 6.30pm
$90 per person, includes 5 courses with matched wines

A sample of the menu includes Leeks velouté, Salt Cod Croquette and smoked eel to start followed by Roasted rump of lamb, merguez, sausage, saffron mash and cinnamon jus. Click here to see the rest of the menu.
