Beer battered fresh market fish, shoestring fries, mixed leaf salad, tartare.

Calamari with cumin, coriander, fennel, chilli salt, julienne carrot, snow pea, aioli.

Market fresh fish of the day.

Parmesan crumbed veal scaloppine, kipfler potato peperonata and lemon.

Char-grilled porterhouse steak (300g) served medium with garlic mash and red wine jus.

Char-grilled half chicken marinated in lemon and tarragon, served with braised fennel, mushroom and chats.

 
DESSERT

Served alternatively;

Sticky date pudding with caramel muscat cream.

Tiramisu with biscotti crumb top.
